Quentin was born with a rare condition called Scheuermann's disease, which left his thoracic spine (upper back) with roundness, and a kyphotic posture.

Over the past 4 weeks I have focused on improving Quentin’s thoracic spine, looking to improve his spinal range of motion and address his upper cross syndrome (muscular imbalance).

Two images of Quentin's profile are next to one another with the Castle Fitness logo above. The image on the right shows an improvement to his upper back posture.
Quentin Transformation

We’ve worked hard to improve flexion (bending forward), extension (bending backwards), lateral flexion (bending right/left), and rotation (torsion/twisting) respectively.

It’s safe to say Quentin’s posture has improved significantly, and his lower back pain has diminished.
